Using a variety of methods of coaching, energy balance, Aura-Soma and Life Coaches / Personal Change Consultants you will be supported to identify your greatest need which is already understood by you on a deeper level and work towards meeting this need.

AURA-SOMA® is a tool to help us to understand ourselves at a deeper level. It is a non-intrusive, self-selective system in which colour is the key. Utilising bottles that contain herbal extracts, essential oils, crystals and gems, as well as visual and non-visual vibrations of colour.

SOHL to Sole Reflexology

Reflexology
- a system that works with the reflexes in the feet that correspond to all the glands, organs, parts and functions of the body. The feet accurately reflect the state of the mind, body and soul and provide valuable insights to the inner needs of the being.
Aura-Soma
- a divinely inspired colour system of essential oils, herbal extracts, gems and crystals and the living energies of colour. You are the colours you choose, they reflect your being's needs. The Aura-Soma colour selection enhances the insights revealed on the feet.

Life Coaches/Personal Change CONSULTATION:

Life Coaches/Personal Change Consultants are trained consultants working with a variety of skills that support the individuals desire to make lasting and meaning change in their own lives. SOHLNZ Coaching services allow the Life Coaches/Personal Change Consultant to develop a respectful relationship that allows the individual to reveal for themselves, from within themselves, their true potential and the infinite possibilities they have to live the lives from the Soul.

The Life Coaches/Personal Change Process can be challenging and demanding with life changing results experienced by those who participate. A SOHLNZ Coach will work with individuals and focus on the positive aspects of the person; inspiring self belief and allowing the limiting beliefs of learned experiences from the past to be overcome, opening the mind and heart to a clear vision and acceptance of a life that fulfils all of our hopes, dreams, and wishes.

 

MASSAGE THERAPY:

Massage is defined as a systematic manual or mechanical manipulations of the soft tissue of the physical body by such movements as rubbing, kneading, pressing, rolling, slapping, and tapping for the therapeutic purposes such as promoting circulation of the blood lymph, relaxation of muscles, relief from pain, restoration of metabolic balance, and other benefits both mental and physical.
