”Thank you for organizing the function last night. It is very uplifting to be amongst thinking positive women and to hear speakers whose intention it is to motivate and stimulate those listening. Could you please pass on the guests got the message about the "the speaker” from SOHLNZ that her demonstration with the flowers was a very powerful medium and it certainly hit a spot". - Robyn Howe
“You are too kind. Many thanks for your words of encouragement. I so appreciated spending time with you all yesterday, you really are such an inspirational group of people”. - Lucy Wesson - Account Manager - The Radio Network – Hamilton
I have read your document brief so wanted to get back to you quickly. I feel your concepts are exactly what NZ organisations need. A happier, healthier culture and retention are our main drivers and at this stage and I have on the agenda for late 2007 some guest speaker/work shop external presentations, so will keep you in mind for those. - Madeleine Wilson - HR & Training Advisor - SITEL New Zealand
Your story, ‘Panic Stations’ (January) grabbed my attention. Finally, a magazine has acknowledged that I’m normal! I’ve suffered from panic attacks for several years, bought on by work pressures, family demands and forgetting to stop and smell the roses. But I’ve learnt to breathe better, understand my hormones, and the ‘authentic’ me. Through a life coach I’ve discovered that to get to the bottom of anxiety, we need to look at what has been bothering us internally, and move on. Panic attacks aren’t necessarily a result of bad childhood, but rather because we’ve forgotten who we are and that we should care for ourselves and speak our truth. My life coach will be proud! - Megan Lacy, Hamilton - NEXT Magazine NZ – February 2007
Just wanted to share - my weight has now dropped by 6 kilos, I have lost 10cm all over and best of all, my fitness level has jumped up two levels! Can I let you know a secret? I'm in love with someone new - me!!!
Have a Great Day! - Mary Martin.
For the last 3 years, my life seemed to be going from one anxious moment to the next, not wanting to smell the roses anymore as I didn’t think I had time or I was allowed too.
I was constantly running around pleasing everyone at work and home, not allowing myself to have an opinion or more importantly speaking up and out about what I thought.
I was losing/lost my self-esteem, had no confidence and felt everyone was judging everything I said and did!
Needless to say I was in a constant state of anxiety and having panic attacks as I just didn’t understand what was happening or that I was the creator of this state.
However…As with all good things that come into your life, SOHLNZ came to my work one day to talk about what they do, Personal Change consultations, the next thing I knew I was talking to one of the consultants, and funnily enough I had to leave the conversation as I was getting to anxious and people were coming into the room!
The next day (December 2006) was my first session. I had 6 in total and the first 3 sessions were the hardest as it was about accepting I was the creator of this state, not anyone else, my constant thoughts were negative and always got to the worst case scenario and then me and only me was fulfilling this thought pattern. We worked through what my core belief is that I have lived by and that it may have served me well for my first 35 years it’s not serving me well now. It was about going back to my childhood and what I believed, and thought and then having that realisation that my core belief was creating my mid life crisis now. I realise then that only I could change it, there is no one to blame, just let it go and start living in the present!
I remember after the 3rd session getting to the car and thinking ‘My life is only going to get better from this moment on’.
My husband noticed the change through out the process and we talk more, my darling children now say ‘you’re a nice mum now’!!! How cool is that.
I have now finished my consultation sessions with SohlNZ. I now stop and smell every rose! I now absolutely believe that ‘Only good things happen in my life’ and I choose that. I have the right to speak my truth and that I have every right to be me all the time. I don’t get caught up in judging people nor did I waste energy on other people’s judgment if it is not good for my family and me. I am so very grateful for what I have in my life and choose to give my energy to all the good things that I have and that will happen to me.
It seems so simple now, the secret to having a great life and I thank SOLHNZ for helping me start the journey, helping me through the journey in a manner that challenged me but was in a safe and calm environment. - Megan Lacy
Adventure Date & Dinner For Six , is a combined organization for Single people, which seeks to provide a service to our members that offers the maximum opportunity to grow in their personal esteem, to improve their ability to relate, to enjoy fun and expanding experiences, and to meet a personal partner if they wish.
We see SOHLNZ as a possible provider of many of the ‘inner’ services we seek to provide.
We find the philosophies and activities of SOHLNZ compatible with the services we seek to provide in this area.
To date we have held our quite widely advertised, Free Introduction Evenings on the SOHLNZ premises, bringing we plan, some exposure to both of our organisations, and have included in our Introduction Evening programme and our event calendar, programmes provided by SOHLNZ, as part of this developing symbiosis. Liz Heart – Director - Adventure Date
I must say, I was quite awed by your email. Just last week I was intending to get my wife & daughter and myself gratitude stones for each of us. I was going to take a walk in the garden to find just the right ones, but had not yet done so. Now, instead, I would be honored to get some from you. I would be very interested in discussing how to deliver your products/services with/through me over here. I, too, believe nothing is a coincidence and everything happens for a reason & a purpose. I find a natural affinity with healing practitioners of all kinds and have found myself gathering a group of holistically oriented individuals among my friends and acquaintances. - Fred Sohl - Financial Advisor - Los Angeles – USA
Meeting and working with the SohlNZ team has been the start of a wonderful journey for me. I have always known and believed that there was something “more” out there. Being involved with SohlNZ has confirmed it. They are an extremely knowledgeable and passionate group of people who are warm and welcoming of everyone to the centre. I would encourage all those wishing to learn, grow, to inspire others and to be inspired, to contact SohlNZ. There is an untapped universe out there just waiting for us to “cash in” on all its plentitudes. Life is for living so let’s live it surrounded by love, laughter and all that you desire! Lucy Wesson
I have been visiting SohlNZ services since they first opened in the middle of last year. I first came to hear about SohlNZ before they opened through one of their consultants I knew and worked with. I remember thinking that they were on to something. After a month or so I decided to use one of their services and it has been life changing in a positive direction for me, which I am very grateful for. I have since gone on to use their other quality services and have found them to be very beneficial. I have found all the SohlNZ staff to be very friendly, welcoming and sincere. Each time I use their services I find myself looking forward to the next time. I thoroughly recommend SohlNZ and their services to everyone and strongly urge you to at least check them out. – Mark Georgeson.
I’m very happy to recommend SohlNZ to anyone interested. The services I’ve used are clairvoyance and colour therapy. Tracey is the person I’ve been seeing and she is of enormous help with her insights. She is a lovely person who is accurate with her insights, offering practical advice. I’m always amazed at her accuracy. Along with my friends, I make the trip from Auckland to see Tracey because I trust and feel very comfortable in her readings. If SohlNZ were in Auckland I would definitely avail myself of more of the services provided. – Kitty Johnston
